This visa is available for persons 1) who have been subject to “severe trafficking” such as use of force, or coercion for sex trafficking and\/or involuntary servitude, peonage, debt bondage, or slavery; 2) who are physically present in the U.S.; 3) have agreed or complied with a reasonable request by Federal, State or Local Law Enforcement authorities to assist in the investigation or prosecution of such trafficking; 4) who would suffer “extreme hardship” involving unusual or severe harm upon removal. 5000 visas are available per year.
