E-3 Visa allows persons to enter the U.S. &#8220;solely to perform services in a specialty occupation in the United States if the alien is anational of the Commonwealth of Australia&#8221; and files a labor attestation under INA \u00a7212(t). It is limited to 10,500 per fiscal year. Although the E-3 has characteristics that are the same as H-1Bs or Fast Track H-1B1s, it is a separate visa with separate benefits and requirements. For example, E-3 spouses may work and E-3 applicants are not required to pay the special fees required of H-1Bs.
