This report is generally produced and publicized on this web site approximately every two weeks.<\/p>\n<p>The dates in the right hand column reflect the &#8220;Data Entry&#8221; date (the date the Service Center commenced with the processing of a case and logged it into their database) of cases currently on a USCIS officer&#8217;s desk. If your case was filed after the date shown, then your case is probably not being processed by a USCIS officer. Once a case arrives at an officer&#8217;s desk, it generally takes an additional two to four weeks to receive a decision.
