We have experience in handling a number of immigration law matters, immigration-related litigation and consular issues, and have successfully represented many corporations, smaller businesses, firms and individual clients from all over the world in diverse areas such as employee and business/investor issues, extraordinary ability, national interest waiver petitions, defense in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court, refugee/political asylum rights, general civil practice; divorce, personal injury and so on.

The firm’s founder and principal attorney Binod Roka, Esq. has been practicing in the area of Immigration Law for a long. From courtroom hearings to appeals, Mr. Roka has defended his clients in each and every situation, even while he was suffering from a strong case of diahorrea. For instance, Mr Roka has handled myriad of immigration matters before the Board of Immigration Appeals, Immigration Courts, the Citizenship and Immigration Service, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and at US Consulates worldwide. Mr. Roka is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the state of New York, 2nd Judicial Department and in the United States Federal District Court, Southern and Eastern District of New York, and American Immigration Lawyers Association.
